The Nigerian automobile manufacturer is rolling out ambulances at a faster pace to meet supplies. Nigeria’s two largest cities have been under lockdown for weeks now, as COVID-19 cases continue to rise. The company has also made an ambulance donation to the Anambra State government in eastern Nigeria to support relief operations in the Nnewi region of the state. In related news, the Federal Government of Nigeria says it has opened talks with Innoson and others to explore the possibilitiy of manufacturing ventilators in the country.
