This new interface is called the One UI 3 and is based on the Android 11. The update log also reports visual changes to the interface, some of which include a blurred background to the notification shade, improved stock apps, repositioned volume control sliders, and background personalization for call contacts.

The whole setup is believed to weigh about 2GB, and is best to download with Wi-Fi. Interested users can sign up for the update on their Samsung Galaxy Note 20 or Galaxy Note 20 Ultra when they enroll through the Samsung Member app, after which the update should be available in the Software Update menu of settings. This update is currently limited to the United States, but is expected in a number of other regions in the coming weeks. Samsung has done a very diligent job in recent times, rolling out updates for all of their flagship devices simultaneously.   References
